As discussed over lunchies, there is a waitlist for $225,000 parking spots in Manhattan. Not surprising in a way, but still impressive - the associated condo costs $1,281 a square foot, while parking spot costs about $1,500 a square foot.
I dare you to watch this and not laugh, or at least chuckle. 
Also, if you’re like me, it might be a little too familiar: I have been known to consume watermelon that way on occassion over the years, especially when challenging friends or cousins in melon-eating contests. Of course, I have the advantage of opposable thumbs…
