A Fond Farewell for Ford

This Pat Oliphant political cartoon caught my attention; thought some of y’all might appreciate it.

Nobody’s perfect, but give me another four years of President Ford, and I’d probably be pretty darned happy about it. (Especially given our current situation - hooray moderation?) Something about not ever really wanting the danged job, but having it thrust upon him anyways seems to have made him one of the better ones to have ever done it.

Farewell and godspeed, President Ford. Thanks for pinch-hitting when we really needed you to.

Sounds like the Russian scholars are rethinking their cultural history, since this site would have to be much older than Kiev to be advanced enough at that time to be trading enough to have items from the Indian subcontinent.
