Apparently David Ortiz has joined Bob Dole, Rafiel Palmeiro, and Mike Ditka as an ED drug spokesman. If anyone can speak spanish well enough, I’d love to read a translation of this ad.

So, Saddam might be getting executed right now.

Kind of odd.

1)  “Say Yes to Mess” - aka embracing the inevitable entropy.  Perhaps extreme neatness isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

2)  “What’s Wrong With Cinderella?”  -  Is the Disney Princess product empire reinforcing gender stereotypes or is a princess just a princess?

i don’t mean to put a dampener on any christmas cheer but this is news of which any music lover must be aware.  the godfather of soul has passed away.  he will be missed.
