Monday, October 2nd, 2006I caught a lovely double rainbow back on Sept. 20th:
Next, a phenomenon I’ve noticed before but always thought it was some sort of illusion peculiar to my poor eyesight. Does anyone else see, below the violet band, a break in the bow and then another violet-ish band? It’s faint, but I swear it’s there. I have a much higher resolution photo, also, if anyone would like the original to scrutinize instead of the smaller photo.
