This search term brought to you by the fact that my computer isn’t going to be ready until September 15. I should mention that it’s actually sitting in a room downstairs, that’s how long it’s going to take them to install linux on it. Of course, I could do it myself in an afternoon, but then they wouldn’t allow it on the network.*

*actually they will, but it cannot communicate using anything other than ssh and all communication would have to be outgoing.

Well, it seems it may be time to add my iPod to the list of carnage from the year so far.  That brings the tally to:

1) my cell phone - lost in snow in the driveway after a hockey game.  still dead.

2) my studentship

3) my hard drive - replaced with spiffy, larger hard drive

4) poor, poor percy.  scrap now.

5) ipod - touchpad on the clickwheel doesn’t respond most of the time, and if it does, it’s very spastic.

For those who know of the Chick Tracts ( maybe an alternate spelling ), here’s one you can enjoy.

Also, someone went and made another mod for google maps.
