On a serious note, I like all the little details, like “guess I’ll have to get a new computer” and “Microsoft technical support was advising customers to reinstall Windows to regain Internet access “… good times. I once had a Microsoft tech support guy tell me to wipe my hard drive and re-install Windows just b/c a driver wasn’t working. I ignored his advice and figured out how to fix a registry key instead. pure foolishness.
