Chris thinks we should all go get tea one of these afternoons.

I could go for a nice cup of earl grey.

Despite the weather forcing us to change venues only an hour before the game, we managed to play a very laid-back game of poker tonight and everybody did pretty well.

Initially, I thought we should just play at my apartment despite the snow. I made it home for dinner without dying. (Well, actually I had to wait at the bottom of the hill for 10 minutes while they got a stuck car out of the way.)

After the game though, I realized it was a good thing that we didn’t have everyone attempting the drive. From the time I turned at the light, my speedometer never showed anything close to my actual over-the-ground speed. Sometime the delta was 20 mph… sometimes more. Fun driving.
